Tensions and hostility in the workplace have grown in recent years. Rather than addressing the multiple issues that polarize this course aims to reinvigorate and redirect local government officers and employees toward styles and methods of leadership and conflict resolution that grow teams together rather than tear them apart. Instead of focusing on the negative waves and ripples in our country and workplaces, this course will focus inwardly on the individual. It will encourage participants to become examples of integrity; team members who inspire and galvanize their colleagues toward excellence and productivity
